1. The Service
The Vantage portal (the “Service”) at https://vantage.cmi.com is operated by Custom Made Inventory (“CMI”) as a private internal supply-chain intelligence platform for authorized CMI employees, contractors, and approved business partners. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Accounts
Accounts are provisioned by CMI administrators. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity occurring under your account. Notify itcmi.com immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
3. SMS messaging program
Program name: Vantage SMS Authentication.
Program description: When SMS-based two-factor authentication is enabled for your Vantage account, you will receive a one-time numeric verification code via SMS at the phone number on file each time you sign in or request a new code. This program is used only to deliver authentication codes; CMI does not send promotional, marketing, sales, or advertising messages by SMS.
3.1 Opt-in
Before any SMS is sent to you, Vantage requires you to opt in by clicking “I agree” on the consent screen displayed at sign-in. Your opt-in is recorded with the timestamp, IP address, user-agent, the version of the consent text shown, and the phone number you consented for. By opting in you authorize Vantage to send you SMS verification codes at the phone number on file.
3.2 Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your own sign-in activity. You will receive one SMS each time you sign in to a new session and each time you request a new verification code. Re-sends are throttled to no more than one new code every thirty seconds.
3.3 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from your wireless carrier may apply to each SMS you receive. CMI is not responsible for messaging or data charges incurred under your wireless plan.
3.4 Opt-out — reply STOP
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any verification message you receive from Vantage. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS verification codes from Vantage; your CMI administrator must disable two-factor authentication on your account before you can sign in again.
3.5 Help — reply HELP
For help with the SMS program at any time, reply HELP to any verification message you receive, or contact CMI support at itcmi.com.
3.6 Carrier support
Supported carriers and message delivery vary. CMI is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or charges caused by your wireless carrier or by your device settings. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access any account other than your own without authorization;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
- use the Service in violation of applicable law or CMI policy;
- share login credentials, authorization tokens, or 2FA codes with anyone.
5. Confidentiality of business data
Reports, dashboards, and any data exposed through Vantage are confidential business information of CMI and its partners. You may not export, share, or use that data outside the scope of your CMI duties.
6. Service changes and availability
CMI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any failure to deliver an SMS verification message.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
